The robotic arm can realize PC-end host computer control and PS2 handle control. It has smart vision function, realizes real-time video screen transmission, and realizes a variety of intelligent visual gameplay such as color recognition, face recognition, label recognition, etc. Implement 5 gesture recognition functions. By visually positioning the target color block, the inverse kinematics algorithm of the robotic arm is used to capture and track the target color block. It can detect items in the designated recognition area, use vision to identify different colors and label codes, calculate the position coordinates and placement angle of the target item, and use the algorithm to grab and place it at the designated location. Intelligent warehousing and intelligent transfer functions can be realized through intelligent vision. Combined with the voice expansion package, voice interaction functions such as voice control sorting, mode switching, and voice broadcasting can be realized. To realize the memory mode function, the PC software reads and records the angle of each rotation and sends it to the robotic arm in a time-shared manner to learn and repeatedly execute the action group.
The six-degree-of-freedom AI robot arm uses Raspberry Pi as the main control and is programmed in python language. Smart Vision uses an ordinary USB camera and uses OpenCV to implement various visual functions.
